Chesterfield Vs Accrington, League 2, Tuesday
Chesterfield are a good price at 4/5 to beat Accrington who are losing their way a little bit. Chesterfield pride themselves on good, slick passing football which has earned them the tag of the best footballing team in the league. Now they have settled in their new stadium they are starting to make it a fortress. They have only lost 1 game in 14 and won 8 of those. And with the likes of hotshot striker Jack Lester in their ranks they really should beat Accrington based on their form and performances so far this evening. Accringtons dip in form has seen them drop to 17th in the table whilst they are without a win in their last 4 games. Maximum stakes bet.
Firefoxx System Result: Chesterfield 70% - Draw 25% - Accrington 5%
TIP: Chesterfield WIN, Stake: 10, VCBet, 5/4

Droylsden Vs Workington, Blue Sq North - Betting Preview

Droylsden Vs Workington, Blue Square North, Saturday
Workington have had a tough week that looks set to get worse as they prepare for another long journey, this time to Manchester where they will play Drolysden. Having drawn their original home FA Cup tie with Nuneaton, Workington had to travel for a replay in mid-week in which we tipped Nuneaton to win and so they did to leave Workington without anything after a tough two games. The players will have to be lifted as they are playing a Dorylsden side who are on fine form at the moment and look very dangerous for Saturday. The home side currently sit in 5th place and should they win their game in hand they would be in 3rd place. They have quite a few players from last years title winning side Southport, with Kieran Kilheeney one of the hottest strikers in the league. Workington themselves are flying high, only a place below Droyslden however their good results have come from the poorer sides whilst a better side like Boston United beat them 4-0. Even Nuneaton Town are considered one of the better sides in this league and they managed to draw at their ground and beat them 1-0 midweek. So the jury is out on Workington and whilst Droylsden have had a weeks rest they will have a good chance to get the three points on Saturday
Firefoxx System Result: Droylsden 45% - Draw 40% - Workington 15%
TIP: Droylsden WIN, Stake: 8, Blue Square, 6/5

FC United Win Boosts Profits

A stunning last 20 minutes ensured FC United romped to a 3-0 victory away to Ossett Town landing odds of 6/4.
The tip was heavily backed into 5/4 for the Evo Stik Premier League clash and did not dissapoint as FC United built upon a weekend FA Cup win against Barrow.
Nuneaton Town also landed handsome odds of 6/5 to beat Workington in the FA Cup replay at Liberty Way to ensure they go into the first round of the FA Cup.
Defender Gareth Dean pounced after 47 minutes to score the all important goal to establish Nuneaton Town's dominance over Workington which has resulted in two wins and one draw against them this season.
There was no such luck in Wales as Colwyn Bay lost 3-0 to a plucky Marine side.
However it was once again a profitable night which to end a week of three betting sessions ALL making profit.
£100 on FC United @ 6/4 = £150
£100 on Nuneaton Town @ 6/5 = £120
£100 on Colwyn Bay @ Evens = -£100
Wednesday Night Profits: £170
(When betting on £100 per tip.)
We will be back once again this weekend and look to build on what we have achieved this month. The live scores centre will be in action, presented by Firefoxx. Plus you can catch my review here after every match-day with a summary of the day and profits.

Ossett Town Vs FC United of Manchester, Evo Stik Premier

Ossett Town Vs FC United of Manchester, Evo Stik Premier, Tuesday
FC United are a team that are really going places right now. After forming a new club in the protests of the Glazer family at Manchester United, they have slowly built a club that can realistically go on to reach the football league. They are currently in the process of getting the funds to build a brand new stadium at ten acres lane meanwhile the club is buzzing after they beat Blue Square Premier side Barrow in the FA Cup on Saturday. For that they have landed the biggest fixture in the clubs short history with an away trip to Rochdale. So we can expect a hugely positive FC United side out this evening who will be taking on a team who can't buy a win at the moment. Ossett Town have lost 4 out of their last 5 matches and their last win was against bottom of the table Retford United. FC United have now won their last 4 games and their league table position doesn't give a true reflexion to how good they are. They have 3 or 4 games in hand on most teams in a league which is very close. 2 wins would put them right in the mix so they will be expected to take the 3 points this evening.
FIREFOXX SYSTEM RESULT: Ossett Town 20% - Draw 35% - FC United 45%
TIP: FC United WIN, Stake: 8, SkyBet, 6/4

Nuneaton Town Vs Workington, FA Cup - Tipping Preview

Nuneaton Town Vs Workington, FA Cup, Tuesday
Nuneaton Town have an excellent chance to progress in the FA Cup this evening after drawing 1-1 at Workington over the weekend. Nuneaton could prove to be a bit of a bogie side as they beat Workington 1-0 in the league recently and then managed a 1-1 draw both on their ground. Now Nuneaton will have the advantage of a home fixture and a big crowd shouting them on in hope they can get through where League 2 strugglers Lincoln City will be waiting. There is plenty of depth in the Nuneaton side and they know how to get a result against Workington so it is all set up for a home win this evening.
FIREFOXX SYSTEM RESULT: N/A
TIP: Nuneaton Town WIN Stake: 8, Blue Square, 6/5

Colwyn Bay Vs Marine, Evo Stik - Tipping Preview

Colwyn Bay Vs Marine, Evo Stik, Northern League, Tuesday
These teams played each other only 2 weeks ago in which Colwyn Bay won 'away' from home 3-1. They return for their reverse fixture with Colwyn Bay looking to do the double with a win this evening. They have got a full strength side and will revert back to the same tactics they used when beating Marine last time. Marine have lost midfielder Lee Parle who has gone to Skelmersdale United and he will be sorely missed. Their form has been very bad of late without a win in 5 matches and teams picking them off quite easy. Colwyn Bay however are brimming with confidence after a great start to the campaihn which has seen them jump into 4th place. They are scoring plenty of goals and have beaten some good sides recently. At this level of football, players have to mix work and their semi-professional football and a long away journey is not going to be the most popular amongst the Marine players who will be travelling to Wales from near Liverpool. The home team should have what it takes for a home win and pile on the misery for Marine.
FIREFOXX SYSTEM RESULT: Colwyn Bay 60% - Draw 30% - Marine 10%
TIP: Colwyn Bay WIN, Stake: 8, Skybet, Evens

Forest Green Vs Maidenhead - Tipping Preview

Forest Green Vs Maidenhead, FA Cup, Saturday 23/10
There is a big chance for a slip up in the FA Cup and if it is going to be anyone then Blue Square South side Maidenhead have a great chance to beat struggling Forest Green Rovers of the Blue Square Premier. There is all kinds of chaos within Forest Green right now, most of their fans want the sacking of manager David Hockaday but the board are having none of it. Fans have also been slating the discipline of Forest Green after a dirty campaign so far which has even seen two of their players fighting against each other on the pitch. On Tuesday they got beat 6-1 by Luton Town leaving morale at an all time low and fans booing the part-time players off the pitch. Maidenhead started the season very well and found themselves in the top 5 inside the first 6 games but they have struggled in recent weeks. However they will be well up for this game and on their day, Maidenhead can beat anyone in the Blue Square South so they should see struggling Forest Green for the taking here and what a price too.
Firefoxx System Result: N/A
TIP: Maidenhead WIN, Stake: 7, Ladbrokes, 10/3
Havant & Waterloo Vs Histon - Tipping Preview

Havant & Waterloo Vs Histon, FA Cup, Saturday
A few years ago Havant & Waterloo had a dream FA Cup run with a draw at Anfield and then playing Liverpool in front of their home fans in the replay. Dreams may be starting to appear again as they have a plum home draw against Histon who have a few niggling problems going into this match. Fitzsimmons has injured his ankle in training and will be ruled out of this game. It is a huge blow for Histon who have had a steady back line for a few weeks now and with Fitzsimmons out, they lose one of their best defenders. It looks like Dagenham and Redbridge will not let their two loanees Femi and Wooton play in this game and the word coming out of Histon is that they could be a bit short this weekend. Havant & Waterloo have been improving week by week and made a couple of big signings last week. That was followed up by a big 5-1 away win against a good Bishops Stortford side. With the home fans behind them the Hawks have a great chance to progress into the next round.
Firefoxx System Result: N/A
TIP: Havant & Waterloo WIN, Stake: 8, Blue Square, 8/5
Burton Albion Vs Bradford City - Tipping Preview

Burton Albion Vs Bradford City, League 2, Saturday
Well it seems like we are playing Bradford City every week but as we predicted they are now producing the form and most importantly the wins that were waiting to happen. We have played with them 4 times, won 2 and lost 2 but most importantly the two wins was at odds of 2/1 and 19/10 meaning we have made a significant profit by sticking by them. Once again they are a nice 2/1 this weekend but we are going to play the draw no bet option as Burton Albion are a decent side. However we fully expect Bradford City to make it 3 wins on the bounce and dispell their poor early season form. Much of reason why they are performing now is because of their change in formation which now stands a 4-3-3. The other reason is the signing of towering striker Jason Price who stands at 6'4'' who creates a right nuisance up front. Burton are with only 1 win in their last 5 games whilst Bradford of course have won their last 2. Expect another big Bantams performance.
Firefoxx System Result: Burton Albion 30% - Draw 40% - Bradford 30%
TIP: Bradford City WIN (Draw no bet) Stake: 9, SkyBet, 11/8
Bury Vs Southend - Tipping Preview

Bury Vs Southend Utd, League 2, Saturday
Bury are showing signs of real title contenders as they sit just 3 points behind league leaders Chesterfield. This has been down to a culmination of results in recent weeks as the tactics and squad are now clicking. As stated in last weekends tip when we backed Bury to beat Torquay at 11/5, striker Ryan Lowe is the man to watch out for. He scored again on Saturday and is currently one of the leagues hottest properties. And of course with Manchester United loanee Nicholas Ajose providing glittering displays, everything is set-up perfectly for them to kick on. Southend are an unpredictable team but they will have their work cut out here. They have lost their last 2 games so their confidence will have been knocked a little - not good news when they are facing the form team of the league away from home.
Firefoxx System Result: Bury 50% - Draw 35% - Southend 15%
TIP: Bury WIN, Stake: 8, Bet365, 19/20
Swindon Supermarine Vs Bath City - Tipping Preview

Swindon Supermarine Vs Bath City, Saturday
Bath City are another Blue Square Premier club to heavily back odds-on. Bath City seem to sweep up most of the local talent in the area which stretnes to Swindon so it will be no surprise to see on paper that Bath will look huge favourites even away from home. Swindon Supermarine don't have a daunting home atmosphere and struggle against some of the better sides. Bath City have proven they are a team who can win on the road which fills us up with even more certaintly. Their recent away wins included an excellent 2-1 against Cambridge United whilst they held York City 1-1 last week. There will be a huge gulf in class here and whilst Swindon Supermarine will try their very best, they should come unstuck against a team with much more confidence and experience.
Firefoxx System Result: N/A
TIP: Bath City WIN, Stake: 10, Ladbrokes, 5/6
Basingstoke Vs AFC Wimbledon - Tipping Preview

Basingstoke Vs AFC Wimbledon, FA Cup, Saturday
The price won't last so get on this fast at a tasty 8/11 at SkyBet. It may mean making an account with them as they are 4/6 across the boards and 4/7 with Bet365. Basingstoke have always been an average Blue Square South at that most of the Top 6 beat every season. AFC Wimbledon are a class above any team in the Blue Square South and should be backed confidentally to beat Basingstoke away from home. Basingstoke are a side that don't possess much attacking talent which will suit this fixture. They are a team that are set-up to defend which shows in their goal tally of P:11, Scored: 11 and conceded: 11. AFC Wimbledon have the resources to exploit them and don't expect them to rest any of their better players, this is a great chance to really put AFC Wimbledon on the map with a strong FA Cup run.
Firefoxx System Result: N/A
TIP: AFC Wimbledon WIN, Stake: 10, SkyBet, 8/11

Weekend Review

A magical day is a superb way to sum it up, it had the usual solid start and by 30 minutes we was already in profit with 3 out of 5 winning.
Barrow scored the first goal of the day through Walker after 12 minutes and never looked back. They went on to win 3-0 and had the game tied up by the 47th minute after Wiles scored their third goal.
By half-time it was clearly evident we were ready to target our first full clean sweep and a 100% strike-rate however the only concern was Tamworth who were losing to struggling Histon, that's where the drama soon came later.
In the meantime Chelmsford City scored after 51 minutes through Higgins who scored his 6th goal in 6 games, though this was to be the only team leading that kept us concerned throughout the game as Chelmsford managed to finish the game 1-0
Shrewsbury City made light work of Northampton Town, a team we knew was there for the taking for several weeks. A superb 3-1 victory landed a home win at even money, nicely done.
It was a similar story for Port Vale who landed the best odds of the day with a 3-0 victory away to Macclesfield. The 5/4 on Port Vale was lapped up by all of us at Firerfoxx HQ and we was never really troubled, Port Vale will certainly be a team to keep tabs on.
So the drama came in the Histon/Tamworth match where at half-time Tamworth needed to overcome a 1-0 deficit. It looked unlikely until Lee Wooton handled deliberately in the area giving Kyle Perry the chance to equalise which changed the whole dynamics of the game.
Tamworth had 30 minutes to score the winning goal which again looked unlikely as the clock ticked fastly to the closing minutes
It was was of those classic Firefoxx moments as Scott Brown scored an 89th minute winner to land all 5 of our tips.
I would certainly like to echo what Firefoxx said in the live scores centre at the end of the match, that our team has worked extremely hard to get into a position like this. We have made radical changes over the summer and have invested in a state of the art system that gives us readings on fixtures.
In our last 3 betting sessions we now have a record of played 11, won 10, lost 1. A day like this is fantastic for our team who put in hours of work and it is certainly a proud day for everyone involved with Firefoxx football tips.
I'd also like to give a special mention to our form and results co-ordinator Steve Melville who has really changed our mind-set this season with a number of factors. This has definately made a huge impact on our tips and results this year, so a big thankyou to Steve. So on we go to next week, it certainly is exciting times here.

12 Tips Shortlisted For The Weekend
Another winner last night as Cambridge City beat Oxford City 1-0 in the Zamaretto Premier which now takes our last 2 betting sessions to 5 wins out of 6.
We have just got the results from the Firefoxx system ready for this weekend which has shortlisted 12 tips. We will spend the next few days finding out about each club's news and team news then we will release 4 to 5 tips ready for Saturday.
This week is an interesting one as most of the tips on the shortlist are from League 2 and the Blue Square Premier. In recent weeks we have really been taking on the Blue Square North and South however the coupon doesn't look so tasty for this weekend.
We are still cautious with League 2 as it is definately the most competitive out of all four leagues we cover but as the season goes by morale and confidence plays a big part.
Remember to get your £4.99 a week subscription before Saturday so you can receive this weekends tips. It really is such a small sum of money when you think about it. Last night a £6 bet on Cambridge City would have been enough to pay for your membership.
With the winners coming thick and fast it really is a great time to get involved. Even better news is now we have switched to subscription based it means the hundreds are not betting on the tips which had a big impact on the prices.
Another thing we have always been wary of as a team is match fixing. When you have 500-1,000 punters backing our tips like in recent times, it can raise an eyebrow with the bookmakers.
With non league football such a volatile market and players earning very little comparing to professionals, there is always a chance that a team or player may take a bribe.
Now i'm not saying that has happend but I would be a lot more confident having 50 people betting on our tips rather than 500, just to keep it all a little more low key.
So expect some big tips this weekend, as always we will be running the live scores service on Saturday. Fixtures will be kept secret unless you are a member and will be visible the moment the games kick off so we can give those non-members a chance to see what they are missing out on.
Keep it Foxxy!

Weekend Review, Saturday 11th September
Another weekend, another 4 out of 5 winners which was nearly a clean sweep after Chesterfield bombarded the Morecambe goal shortly after equalising in the 82nd minute.
The big tip is the one that pleases the most after tipping Crawley Town on the Thursday at 8/11 the price went crashing into as little as 4/9.
Crawley look very strong for a title challenge now and did not let us down as they secured a 2-0 away victory over Histon.
AFC Telford scored a first half goal and held their league for the whole game. They have a lot to thank to their keeper who put in a man of the match performance whilst this result was very improtant for our days progression as it was always tight.
At half-time we sat in a good position although Chesterfield was the only team losing. Gateshead scored 2 second half goals to beat Altrincham 2-0 whilst Woking bossed Basigstoke to a 2-0 win.
With 4 out of 5 up, Chesterfield nearly made it a full house after Craig Davies' shot went agonisingly over the bar.
All in all, an excellent weekend with our big tip winning and the rest coming in for a nice 80% strike rate.
